From start to finish i found this company so professional, polite,helpfull,promt,reliable And a credit to their sevice sector. There driver was clean,smart and so polite. I highly recommend churchill's to anyone needing a skip. Prices were the best around. I think they went above and beyond to help me.well done.😀👍

Beware of Inconsiderate Graham Churchill lorry drivers, including the one that pulled out in front of me whilst I was on my bike, Launton Roundabout in Bicester at 9.30 this morning. He looked straight at me and still pulled out regardless, wreckless! Bad reflection on Graham Churchill, no ethics.. and will not be on any of my tender lists going forward!

I would like to highly recommend this skip hire service. Exceptionally pleasant dealings on the phone to arrange delivery and collection of skips. They arrived when they said they would. Cheerful, friendly and efficient drivers. AND very good value for money. Thank you.

Pretty bad experience with this company. So here's the story, organised a skip to be delivered to my home address as I'm doing some landscaping work on my day off and needed to dispose of some slabs and decking. Specified that the skip not turn up until after 9.00am to give our neighbours chance to leave for work as usually it's a bit tight for space. As it happens on this day the drive was free from about 8.00am, which is rare. Anyway came back from walking our dog just see the tail end of the skip leaving the drive just after 8am. So rang the office to see if he could come back soon. Administrator, said they would contact the driver. No phone call back. Rang back in an hour an half, again said they would contact the driver and he would be with me in the morning. Eventually, spoke to a man who said he would be with me for 1.30. Evenutally he did turn up at nearly 2pm. When he did arrive, I asked what went wrong, and what an attitude came back! Anyway at this point was not worth arguing and hoping just to get a simple sorry for the mix up. Anyway, wrote an email to the Managing Director, who wrote back in very defense and accusing manner much in the way you'd expect from a petulant teenager. This is just a classic case of not managing a customer's expectation and a very poor attitude to customer service. Sad.
