Great people to work with and top quality service and motorcycles. We renter 4 bikes for a 5 day self guided tour around Northern England and Isle of Man. The communication prior to arrival was excellent and timely. They arranged transportation from Heathrow to Silverstone, and on arrival, everything was ready to go. We had good communication during the ride, and they were accommodating in dealing with a minor accident with one of the riders.

Great company offering a personable service (with a smile), plus they have an excellent selection of new and classic bikes for hire at very reasonable prices. Mark and Lizzi run the best motorcycle rental around. They got me the exact motorcycle I wanted, with GPS navigation! Pick-up and drop-off was a breeze. Also their rates are very reasonable (much cheaper than the U.S.). They even loaned me some road maps and pointed me toward some of the most beautiful roads I have ever seen. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Spyder Motorcycle Hire. We picked up 2 brand new bikes (BMW R1250R and Triumph Rocket III) and enjoyed a fantastic short tour. We found they provided excellent communication throughout the booking process and prior to collection, then a nice addition was the use of WhatsApp to be able to contact them if we had any questions or issues on tour. We’ve hired several times before from other companies and Spyder hire have been the best.

Rented the Ducati Multistrada from Mark and the team for 3 days while I was back in the UK form the US. What a great company with a great selection of bikes! I got the chance to ride something I wouldn’t normally have thought of and really get to know the bike. Will definitely be back to try some other stuff! Well priced and quality bikes :)

Just finished my first trip with the Spyder Club in Spain. Great roads and routes with beautifully-prepared and maintained bikes. Everything was very well planned and executed to perfection. Literally no rock was unturned (except for the owner Mark's joke-telling, which needs work). What's more, met a cracking bunch of guys and feel that I've made a new set of mates for life. Yes, we're all of similar ability, but you'll leave having improved your riding, as Spyder Club literally take you through hundreds, if not thousands of bends, of hugely varying complexity. Well worth it and cracking value for many. Very very well done Mark & Lizzi.

I was having an excellent experience with Spyder, good service, good motorcycle and reasonable cost. Only issue was that I was promised hard luggage with the bike and they did not receive it on time from the manufacturer (so shouldn’t have promised me it) and therefore offered me a lesser bike for the same money which had hard luggage instead of upgrading me to a bike with hard luggage as a result of their mishap. Then on returning the bike, despite Mark (co-owner) continually promising me “they aren’t in the business of ripping people off”, they have charged me almost £350 (without my permission but from a preauthorised card I used for deposit) for some slight rub marks on the tank, which they are suggesting were caused by a specific motorcycle tank bag which I had on for only 3 days. In my entire motorcycling life, said tank bag has never damaged a motorcycle of mine, so I am very shocked that this happened but more sad that Spyder are charging me a huge amount of money for something I had no control over. I was forced to use my own luggage as a result of them not having hard luggage for me and furthermore, they should be trying to claim the damage costs from the manufacturer of the motorcycle, which is a brand new bike from a premium range. I would have recommended Spyder, but now would strongly suggest not using them for motorcycle hire, unless you’re willing to lose substantial amounts of money after returning the bike for unreasonable damage costs that you probably weren’t even responsible for.

A truly great company and a fantastic range of bikes to choose from, either for a few days or just one. The bike trips they organise are fantastic, it is quality all the way and with other bikers you get good evenings too. The other option is to join as a member to try out the whole fleet. Highly recommended.
