Sent the wrong products and will not replace with the correct ones despite me asking how I can return the incorrect ones. They are now ignoring my emails to get this resolved! Very poor customer service! It’s a shame that the JPL insist we have to get the kit from such a bad company. Also when they did reply they used the wrong name continuously despite my correct name being at the bottom of my emails and in my email address. Certainly would not recommend this company, and if you do have the poor reason to use them, then do not expect them to get the order right or help you resolve the issue when they do something wrong!!
